Refund Policy

At Deepmaji, we strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the digital products and services we provide. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Service Delivery

Due to the nature of digital services (web development, design, and consulting), once a project has commenced and resources have been allocated, we generally do not offer full refunds. Our work is delivered based on project milestones and mutual approval.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Before Project Start: If you cancel a project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
  • During Project: If you are dissatisfied with the progress, we will attempt to rectify the issues. Refund amounts for projects in progress are determined based on the work already completed.
  • Post-Completion: No refunds are provided once the project is finished, approved, and handed over.

3. Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment for all work performed up to the date of cancellation.

4. Exceptions

Special exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for unusual circumstances. We believe in fair transparent business practices and will always work with you to find a reasonable solution.
